We know how hard it is to come up with a delicious and nutritious low calorie meal every night so we
have put together our own Healthwise line of dinners. Each meal is designed to serve two adults and
includes everything you need for a well balanced healthy meal!
The following are the 10 meals that will be offered during the month of June. All of
the Healthwise Entrees are available in our grab 'n' go freezer on a first come,
first serve basis. Since we still don't have a way for you to order them in advance
online you are welcome to email us at info@homeappetitkitchen.com
and we will be sure to have all of your selections when you come in - give us at
least 2 days notice please! We hope you enjoy them!

Sweet and Sour Barbecue Salmon - Salmon rubbed with a sweet yet tangy marinade. Grill it or broil it and then serve it with the included side of brown rice and broccoli. Per serving: 272 calories, 2.1 grams of fat, 209 mg of sodium, 34.2 grams of carbs, 3.5 grams of fiber, 7.5 grams of sugar and 23 grams of protein.

Garlic Herb Sirloin Steaks - OK, so splurge a little bit on this meal without ruining your diet! 4oz sirloin steaks are grilled up and topped with an herb butter. Asian Chicken Wraps - Sliced chicken, shredded carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms wrapped in a pita and served with an irresistible pinapple, orange, terrikayi hoison sauce for dipping.
